Heart Problems & Remedies

I tend to have really sharp pain in my chest at random times. Sometimes it's unbearable but fades away after a few seconds. It comes very randomly. It also happens sometimes when I am sad but also when I am not. When I tried tying my shoe laces once it hurt so much for about a minute and it felt unbearable but then suddenly faded away again. I am a female patient and 19 years old. Please help me figure out what is wrong with me as I am starting to get concerned.

My friend having heart hole small vsd by birth. Operation not recommended by doctors and no medicine continue.. now he is fit and fine. Can he donate blood to anyone. Is there any problem in blood donation
