Please tell whether the ECG report is normal or not. It says abnormal ECG and pre excitation syndrome. But doctor is not worried about it.

I have too much palpitations while sleeping or just being being relax, have done Holter ,2d echo , multiple ecgs all are normal but still I'm facing those unable to sleep , what could be reason

There are 2 EKGs attached in the span of 45 mins. One says abnormal ECG and Pre-excitation syndrome and other says unconfirmed diagnosis (but Emergency Resident has wrote Q wave in Lead 3). Are both of them abnormal. Doctor was not worried about it though.

Hi Doctors, I am a 26 yr old guy who recently had an issue that my hands were shaking. I went to hospital & there they took my ECG, 2D Echocardiogram and Trop-I test. All of them came normal and Doctor told me that its Anxiety related. This was 2 weeks back. I was fine later. Day before yesterday I had an issue that my Chest pained so I informed Doctor again and he suggested that its all Anxiety.  As happened at night, I wasn't able to sleep properly as I was worrying and had went to hospital in morning then Office. Yesterday night, I slept but I had to wake up early due to work. When felt dozy then went to sleep as my work completed till Afternoon after which I had headache but went to Office. Now while trying to sleep today night, I got a feeling that my breathing is not proper and I cleared nose but I occasionally feel that my breath is not proper and I feel some shaking, feeling scared and that all of a sudden lost control in hand but when I try to move I can. So is it all Anxiety?

Hello Doctor I am asthmatic and on foracort 400 twice a day along with Montair 10 for allergic rhinitis. For the last few years I have to put some extra efforts to breathe in due to which I get easily exhausted. I also noticed palpitations and pounding heart beats . Most of the time I hear my heart beat clearly and feel on my neck. Some times feel Uneasyness even. Echo report says mild tr and  mild mr. Please suggest whether such mild tr and Mr may cause fatigue and out of breathe or this would be due to asthma only. Thank you

Hello I am 44 year male,diabetic since 14 years.i have fast heart beat 100 to 125. On 20th March 2023 early morning  I fainted and felt down and hospitalized then angiography has done which was normal. But still I am having pain in chest and shortness of breath.

I m feeling very uneasy since 15-20 days.. I feel pain nd heavyness in middle of the chest all the time.. after working a little also I feel restless.. dizziness also comes sometime.. bp is normal. Mi m very stressed coz of personal reasons. Attaching my ecg graph of today

What does an old posterior wall infarct on ecg mean? Found this during a routine checkup. Is it dangerous? Can it be fixed with medicine or any surgical procedure?

For routine check up. 29 years female always bp under 110/70 ,some time 90/55,60...nothing serious symptoms, Is this ECG very serious?
