Sir, I hv been diagnosed with lv diastolic dysfunction grade1 in echo with other parameters being all normal. This was done 3 months post mild covid recovery. Ecg was also normal. Previous echos were all normal.My diastolic BP is always high 90-100 while systolic is mostly normal 110-130. Also tinnitus goin on for past 10 months. Is lvdd life threatening? Does it always progress to higher grades? Pliz help

I am unable to figure out if my symptoms are of heart or anxiety. I feel a lot of heavy pressure in the chest area. Feel that my heart is sinking down. I am really paranoid of heart disease, but have bas lifeartle. I also get palpitations I feel tired for most of the day. Yesterday I went out on bus and during the journey I started feeling extremely unwell as if I was getting an attack. I got into the emergency and they did an ECG which was normal. I have had so many ECG done but they all have been fine. Stress done last year was also fine. High bp n obese, but no sugar or cholesterol problem Suffered from OCD and body dysmorphia in the past Thanks for the read. Can you suggest me anything?

Can pulse oximeter tell us about heart attack if it is incoming or not .as in like spo2 pulse pressure or pi can tell us about anything ?

I have hypertension since 4 years and till six months back, I was taking Dilzem cd 120 in the morning and Dilzem sr 90 at night. Doctor gave this medicine because I also had a high heart rate that time due to tryptomer 10 mg which I was taking for migraine headache. So considering heart rate and bp , Dilzem was given. But my bp was never going below 140/90 and sometimes 150/100. So six months back medicine and dose changed to Dilzem cd 120 one morning Telma 40 one at night. Now my bp reading is 120/80 and sometimes 110/80 and 120/70. So my query is whether I should need to reduce my dose or continue the same dose. My cardiologist told to continue. But just a worry if bp would get too low. Hoping for suggestions

My dad who is aged 52+ works on fields as a farmer for almost 8 hours has fallen down last year suddenly while walking and we took him to the hospital for treatment and he was okay for a year now. Now again he felt today and the body became cool . We hurried and had given some massage and took it into nearest small hospital in village. What would be the main reason of this?. Hlo. Since 3-4 days i am suffering from reflux type pain in chest.. it causes me suffocated n burning feeling in the epigastric and breast area. i am taking pantosec and gaviscon but it has helped only 5/10% to improve the symptoms... This is my second ecg as my doc suggested me to repeat ecg if panto doesnt work.. plz check the ECG n suggest what to do??

My mother suffering from few days onwards heart related, yesterday we did ECG and TMT tests and blood test as well. Everything is good except TMT mild. Sugar and Bp medicines using regularly but this heart related facing issues. She is home maker, not going to any work.please advise me for further details. I'm staying in Bangalore and parents staying in Andhra, sattenapalli, guntur. Is there any possibility to get video consultation in Telugu language? Thanks.
