Dear team, Here I am attaching my lipid profile test can u check and do the needful is it normal or I have to worry about it.

I doing intermittent fasting my first meal at 1PM after start the eating meal my heart rate rise between 105-118 .my intermittent fasting between 8PM TO 1PM ,I'm working usa shift ,every day 40 mins I worked out at 12PM ,why heart rate like that after meal ,do I have any issue with heart ?

I feel like heart attack some times like heart suffocation for second or two then again normal i got to doc i did echo its normal ecg shows irbbb why it goes and comes

I took ecg from Apple Watch it shows sinus rhythm but the waves look with lot of fluctuation..took reading multiple time but looking same with sinus rhythm . Please find attached

I have been suffering from skipped beats and it gets worse for last 3-4 days. So went for 48 hours holter. It says PAC, PVC, bigeminy, Trigeminy. Report is attached. Doctor has put me on metoprolol 50 mg and coradrone 200mg but still says they are okay. But I want to know maximum beats are when I'm sleeping. Does that put me on the risk of SCD ?

Hello doctors, Whenever i work in kitchen, i sweat due to ventilation issue. This causes me feel like fainting. Recently attended function. AC was not properly working.. i sweated and fainting feel i had.. if i turn head suddenly the feel is more.. Is this a problem whom should i consult. Kindly advise

She is feeling intermittent Sweating frequently despite any weather conditions, even in cold weather and also in summer and rainy weathers. At the time of sweating she also feels anxiety and becomes very impatient. Previously she was diagnosed with Virtigo and was on medication for 3 months.
