I m 34 yrs 99 kg  5.10 hght i have a cholestrol 301.triglycerides 624,hdl 33,non hdl 268,tsh 1.3..my doctor strted with rozavel 20mg per day shld i strd or wait and bring down naturally ..my concern is how it wil get down & i dont want medicine 4 life..is there anything in ayurvedic which i can strt simultaneously.. & with diet walk and medication how much time it wil take to reduce triglycerides??shld i completely stop oil chesse butter n al or twice a week??
