Hi Doctor, I have done CT angiography for the heart due to TMT positive and CT results came with normal(0 calcium). While CT scanning I have missed two times breathe hold out of three times due to panic. Is this effect in results or do I need to take one more time.please clarity my doubt. Thanks in advance.

Normal my heart rate between 70-85 through day at sedentary,but during 30 mins of brisk walk my heart rate touched to 175BPM , but after 3 mins of stop workout it will come to 110 and it stays between 95-105 for at least one hour ,I have done 2d echo ,Holter monitor ,only synus arrythmia is there ,but my heart rate is bit worrying ,

Daily i go for brisk walking excluding weekends for 1.5 km. On Thursdays, i go additionally for 1.5 km extra totally on Thursday 3km to go for temple .. I am doing this for nearly 4 months.. am I over exerting and will this negatively affect my heart? Or should I discontinue this on thursday.please advice

I am a 33 years old female. I got 2 HRCT Thorax scans 2 years ago during covid and one hrct thorax scan recently. Have these increased the risk of breast cancer ?
