3 years back tmt and echo done doctor told due to anxiety I am having chest pain, tests are normal. Last year one ecg it also came normal. From few days I am having chest pain and palpitations and extreme fatigue. Do I need to repeat tmt and echo again??

Hello doc, I have been on telma H & rizastin 10mg for 4 months. Now bp is 120/70 on an avg from 140/90 and cholestrol is 138 from 230. Should I continue rozastin and my resting heart is between 55-60 and sometimes 60 -80. Is 55 RhR ok is it anything wrong in attached reports. Kindly let me know
