Hlo sir or mam plz guide me today I stated running on a morning at 4.32 am and till 5.33 am I continuesly run everyday I do read running and completing 10.50 kilometer without any single minutes break is it ok to run 1 hours 10 km in morning like this I want to keep myself fit and fine and than do zyming 1 hours more Is it ok to run 10 km in morning. And previously I was on dieting my weight was 110 kg now after doing dieting Running 2 times zyming eating boil food I lost my weight Now im 74 kg im 6 feet 1 inch tall guy
