I am suffering from cardiophobia from 6 month and now too , first time when I get chest pain I went to hospital and do all my tests like ECG ,eco,tmt and all are normal and my mind believe that I am fine ,but after 10 to 12 days when I got chest pain again I fell panic and again visit hospital and again do all test but. All the time tests are normal. Till now from 6 months I do more than 20 ECG, 3 eco and 5 tmt tests just because my mind don't get relax even I know it's a probably muscular pain . I just tmt or eco every 20 days just to tell my mind that " I just do tmr,eco and they are normal so I don't need to worry for some time" Now i understand that because of some wrong information from YouTube and Google I fall in this cardiophobia I just have to ask 6 to 7 questions related to heart and if I get it's positive answers,i can break my negative neuronal patterns and can completely cure from this worst anxiety 😔 Plz plz give my some questions positive answers 🙏🙏

Is High lp(a) of 61 is risky and triglyceride 181, low b12 50, how can I treat it and it's happening from last 2-3 years my cholesterol or triglycerides are not in range. I eat very little outside food or fried food, eat salad brown rice but it's not getting better
