I am hearing the heart beat sound in the night before sleeping. I don't have any cardio problem. I am diabetic and hyper tensive. Of course in my left ear Condusive hearing loss of is around 60 desibles. Left year 40 desibles hearing loss. My HBA 1c is 7%. Bp in control. How to reduce my hear sound audible to me ?? Ok

Hi, I have left chest pain which is not consistent but I have this pain for last 7 days. I consulted heart doctor and did all kind of test(ECG, ECHO & treatmill test). Everything is normal. I am 28 years old male. I have a high pulse rate and have been prescribed BP medication recently and advised to monitor my BP and pulse rate. I am using a Fitbit watch. I observe that my resting heart rate is about 80 bpm, which increases to 130 bpm when I get up and walk. Is it normal. I have already undergone ECG, TMT ECHO and have been told that my heart is healthy. But sometimes I feel that my pulse is increasing. Is this normal or am I just being anxious.
