Echo report shows IVC partially collapsing 14mm, mild TR and mild PAH. May I know how to correct this. Currently on medication of 50mcg thyroid, 20mg PAH

There is no symptoms I done echo for routine check up I discussed with doctor also but they said no need to worry

I had high TSH for a few months with low Vit D and B12 and symptoms of weakness and some cardiovascular symptoms such as chest pain after walking or doing some physical activity and bathing. Recently tested again and my MVP and PDW is high with TSH 7.5 and having cardio symptoms like headache and chest pain and heaviness after doing physical activity. What should I do? Please suggest..i also did ECG but it seemed to be normal.

I have pulse rate of 102 with 134/90 and dizziness at particular  time of day, indigestion and sometimes breathlessness since 4-6 days. I did my ecg stress echo tropinin i one month back and it was all normal .can these be warning sign of heart attack and should I again get my ecg and echo done ?

Respected doctors, from morning till evening 4 my BP is normal 110/85 range..during evening time my first BP reading is 135/95 - 98and after rest for 5 mins it's 110/70, should I be worried. do I have hypertension?
