While I'm driving bike my heart is between 115-130,is it normal that heart rate while driving resting heart rate is 70-90.while walking for 30 mins heart rate is between 112-170.all echo ecg and Holter are normal .is it okay that

Recently I went for an annual health checkup. My all cardiac markers are in normal range. Total cholesterol is 122 HDL cholesterol is 37 LDL cholesterol is 110 Triglycerides level is 165 2d echo is normal. TMT test is negative I have also done calcium cardiac scoring test and the score is 0. Should I worry about heart issues? I don't find any issues while walking at a brisk pace, but sometimes I feel chest pain but doctors say it is not heart related. I am 38 years old. Is Calcium Cardiac score relevant at this age? Kindly help

Hello respected doctors. i am 25 year old Male with chest tightness complaint.... my Ecg Echo TMt and THYROID tests are NoRMAL... my GP suggested to take Inderal 10 Mg... my question is which one is better for Anxiety? Inderal or Metoprolol?  i heard Metoprolol is BETTER than inderal with selective adrenaline blocking properties.... so which one is fast acting to control my stress and anxiety and blood pressure in times of  PANIC ATACKS...my  Normal Resting BPM 84 to 100 ... please suggest INDERAL OR METOPROLOL??? 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
