Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi, From past few weeks I'm able to hear my heart beat while sleeping. (bp 110/80, tsh normal, heart beat 70, no sugar, im not under any anxiety or stress ). kindly let me know what might be the problem or any other test I should get it done. Thanks:)

Kindly explain the ECG pls. Having cough only now, Earlier swelling on feet for 25 days. No fever, whistling sound in chest.

Check my reports they are normal but still I have mild chest pain sometimes I have gerd and anxiety also whenever I feel pain I get more anxious what to do about this chest pain what is the cause..

What does the following ECG reports mean? The first one is nights report which was taken in night at 8:30 pm The second one is morning report which was taken at 7 around in the morning.

I have been suffering from left hand pain for the past 1 week. Today i have taken ecg and doctor said that there is some deviation in p/qrs/T. I didn't understand anything. He also suggested me for the Coronary Calcium Score test. Do i have any heart problem?

Last year as heart attack was on trending, i got all my test done , i got lafb in my ecg { attached } . Rest echo is ~ No Rwma , trace tr 20mmhg trace mr , ivs 11.7 mm pws 11mm ef 67% , tmt - negative 14mets , good exercise tolerance. But that dr is it think money minded.. he advised me to get these test in every 6m to 1y. Where as as prof from from AIIMS said no test requires as u r young. I don't have bp sugar nothing. Need you valuable advice.

While playing badminton heartbeat raises upto 185 is this normal or should worried plz suggest this is the first time happened like this... before i diagnosed with sinus brachycardia

I don't have any known heart problems and I exercise 2 to 3 times a week by playing outdoor sports . I ended up taking the coronary calcium score test (non contrast CT) as part of my health check up. I got an overall score of 52 (LMA: 0, LAD:42, LCX:6 RCA:4).  Findings: everything normal but small pleural tags noted in medial segment of right middle love and left inferior lingula. Question: For an untrained eye, it looks normal. I was wondering if there is any issue and whether I need a consultation with a cardiologist?

I have high bp, have 2 times medicine , my echo n CT angiogram is normal but I suffer my chest pain will walking fast or climbing stairs with breathlessness with dizziness ,jaw pain n left hand pain . Dr suggest for angiography. What to do
