High heart rate
Today i noticed that my heart rate had spiked to 160 and 205 for few seconds and immediately after that the reading was 85.
I take telma 40 and ciplar 10 lonazep 0.5 and sertaline 50 mg .
I do feel palpitations at times . Ecg and echo were normal in june .
Can it be a false reading on apple watch .
Please suggest . Thankyou

If you had any symptom at that time then you need a cardiac evaluation, otherwise just ignore these readings.
