I have middle dull chest pain and pinpoint chest pain left side I did troponin test ecg and echo all these are normal please check this attachment what is the problem should I take more consult about this iam so worried

As per your information your preliminary cardiac tests are normal so dont worry. Dont think about cardiac disease into your heart as all tests are normal
