If my troonin and ecg is normal should I have angina or not can you please help me with this also my 2D Echo is normal

Yes angina can occur with normal troponin and normal ECG But at the age of 21 you should think of GERD, GASTRITIS AVOID CAFFEINE, ALCOHOL, SMOKING ETC AND MORE THAN THAT VISIT PHYSICIAN FOR DETAILED EVALUATION
