Hello I am 44 year male,diabetic since 14 years.i have fast heart beat 100 to 125. On 20th March 2023 early morning  I fainted and felt down and hospitalized then angiography has done which was normal. But still I am having pain in chest and shortness of breath.

I m feeling very uneasy since 15-20 days.. I feel pain nd heavyness in middle of the chest all the time.. after working a little also I feel restless.. dizziness also comes sometime.. bp is normal. Mi m very stressed coz of personal reasons. Attaching my ecg graph of today

What does an old posterior wall infarct on ecg mean? Found this during a routine checkup. Is it dangerous? Can it be fixed with medicine or any surgical procedure?

For routine check up. 29 years female always bp under 110/70 ,some time 90/55,60...nothing serious symptoms, Is this ECG very serious?

I am having allergies in eyes and doc prescribed eye drops for 1 week. I have done angioplasty 2 weeks back. Can I use these eye drops ?

I have a samsung galaxy watch 4 with single lead ECG sensor. In the first instance it interpreted Atrial Fibrillation with the avg heart rate of 94 BPM. When I repeated the ECG it displayed Sinus rhythm with Avg heart rate of 100 BPM. Can smart watch ECG be relied upon?

Hi, Last week while working late at night I felt my hands are trembling and I visited a hospital where they took my ECG, 2D EchoCardiogram  and Troponin - I test to which he confirm that it was just Anxiety and Stress which is true I take a lot of stress. He asked me not to worry. Now that was a week back & today afternoon I got angry at some stuff and Idk why I started having some thoughts that I got some pressure at my heart. I was thinking that & all of a sudden I felt as something big entered my heart from bottom and I felt for a very small like millisecond that my eyes closed sort of. I got scared and check on smartwatch my heartbeat was showing 120+ so I rushed again to hospital and some other doctor just checked my heartbeat, BP and last week reports & said you are just anxious and not to worry and I became normal again but when I came home forgot to tell that thing that something that I felt entered so again I got anxious & I see my heartbeat increase so is this just Anxiety?

TRYGLYSERIDE -254 HDL cholesterol-32 Total cholesterol- 156 and low BP 93/56 3 days ago I had Fever.

I heard somewhere that anxiety and intense stress cause heart attack.. Sir/madam anxiety is part of our life and it motivates us to work consistently.. will it affect my heart negatively and lead to death.. please clarify.. thanks in advance
