Triglycerides
Hello, my triglycerides are around 212. What steps should I take to reduce them? I am already very lean. Is fish oil recommend? Also can I eat nuts like almonds, walnuts to reduce ? Thank you

Follow high protein low carbohydrate diet with avoidance of fried preserved foods. Regular aerobic exercise for 45 mins a day.
