Undefined Arrhythmia,Long Qtc
Went to ER for symptoms like numbness and palpitations. Had a brugada like pattern on my stress test a year ago. I have been having symptoms for the last three years now. I once remember having bigeminy run during a fight with someone. Didn't think much of it. This time my ecg had 401/514 QT/QTC. Please recommend me what i should do?

The calculated QTC here appears to be a fallacy. This ECG also doesn't have a brugada pattern. If you continue to have palpitations, visit a cardiologist we can consider a holter monitoring.
