Heart Problems & Remedies

My recent health full body checkup found lipid  high level of cholesterol triglycerides and homocysteine level but cpk report is fine  I do not smoke drink and any others . And I m not taking any medicine today and my bp is high 140-90 I . M not taking any medicine for this because right advise is right path and treatment properly. Because every one have only professional language not on humanity.please sir give me best advise

I sometimes feel pain in my chest .. which comes and goes frequently . I need to know to why this happens

Dear Sir Once upon a time 18 years back i was doing exercise in evening.after that i had my dinner and gone to bed. All of sudden i started to think and felt uncomfortable. I don't know why and suddenly my heart beat starts increasing. I tried to avoid and tried to sleep but i don't know why i felt uncomfortable in sleeping. Then i came to my father and started to cry and i shared my problem. Next day i reached for doctor consultation and doctor did the ECG and reports were normal. Doctor prescribed the medicine which was Betacap TR 40 and Alprocontin 0.5 mg. Few days later i became normal. I started to play and all outdoor and indoor activity but i started to feel discomfort in running like heart rate was increasing at the time of running. Years passed and in 2008 i felt the same problem and went to the doctor vipin jain in shakarpur delhi.i told him that i have fear from heavy sound, attending my classed, fear in lift and fear from  crowd. He prescribed the Tolol xr 50 medicine.

I've minor chest pain when I rotate my right arm since 4 5 days.Its not affecting my breathing in anyway.What can I do to eliminate the pain?

B.P was measured yesterday evening as 157/90. Amlong 2.5 was taken but it was not lowered till morning. So one tab.of Nebicard 5mg was given without doctor's consultation but the B.P was lowered as 129/79 by evening. Whether nebicard 5mg is suitable for woman patient in SOS condition and if Amlong 2.5 mg is not helpful then should Amlong 5 mg would be helpful or nebicard 5mg would be alright.

I have had TMT today.. And got normal result but while running on trademill i felt breathlessness and dizziness so my doctor was stopted my test in 10 Min.. And conclude that test is normal.. Attached hearwith test. Pl have a look Thanks

My echo report shows Cardia. Size normal Lvdd 5.4 cm La 3.8 cm Mild lvh Good lv systolic function EF- 55-60% Normal Right systolic function No abnormal wall motion

Having so much pain in heart since last night . Before this I had an accident having injured on hand, leg and thigh.. I hope this is not the reason of having heart pain.. But at the time of accident I fallen by the side of my heart

Yesterday I took ecg and 2d echo. 2d echo shows normal. In ecg is showing sinus tachycardia otherwise normal ecg. I am having health anxiety.is there any serious problem I am attaching my ecg and 2d echo reports.
