Heart Problems & Remedies

Sometimes I feel that my breath stop for a second. It's happens once in a blue moon. I visit cardio doctor but all test are okay. But when it's happen it's fell really weird. I feel it will came from my stomach. Plz help me and is this life threat for me. Some dr said that it is gallbladder problem. But can gallbladder cause this type of feelings like stop breath or like bubbling feeling.

Sir i have diabetes from 2 years and is good control and doctor told to stop medication.my sugar goes down easily .at 110 below sugar levels i will get palpitations.actually previously i go for jogging continusly for 1km but now for few mtrs i have getting skipped heart rate.i bent down and for some time it goes away.i have chest dicomfort .lower stomach is full and gas comes only through mouth not from anus.i have getting loose free motion for more than 4 times a day.when anxiety or chest discomfort i go to lavratory after stool some relief come.stomach pain chest pain at middle and some times at backside left side will come.treadmill,ecg,holter test everything is normal.i am using librium 10,risodone plus,zapiz.5,arpit 10,and gas tablets.my stomach weght is increasing why ?please tell solution sir.

I take acitrom 3 mg daily. I am having a mechanical alrtic valve. I missed my pt inr test due to travelling and repeated it after 8 weeks. Now the pt inr has shown low valve of 1.3. Previously it was in range of 2.0. Will it impact a lot? I am worried

Feb 2018 I had ACL injury while playing basketball after which until October 2018 I had not done any physical activity. As I had become unfit I started working out to be back in shape again. Now when i walk my HR is above 120, brisk walk around 130 and when I run my heart rate reaches 140ish which is way higher than before injury. I'm using fitness tracker to measure my heart rate. My ECG and ECHO reports are normal. Is it a common issue in any operation which requires no physical activity for months and how can I become fit ( heart become fit) again ?

I am having cholesterol of 277, ldl 191, hdl 39, triglycerides 239 and vldl 47, I am on atorva 40mg daily, and have changed my diet and I also workout. Provided I avoid cholesterol foods, what is the maximum amount of cholesterol that can be consumed by food daily for a patient like me?
