I have anxiety problem,so I have this bad habit of shaking both legs while sitting crosslegged.after shaking i start sweating and get tired.is it bad for heart?..and overall health?

Sir i am 37years male sufferering from Anxiety from last few years which cause sweating on hand Palm, chest pain some times for some seconds and minutes comes and goes. I am taking gudpress am 50 tablet from last 6 months but after taking it i am felling tightness on my face which comes and goes at least 6 hours I stop taking gudpress am 50 from last 2 days my bp is 150/100- 140/90 measured in last 2 days...can I take other medicine of bp other than that before starting gudpress am 50 I was taking cinod 10 please suggest

Hi, I have gastric and i been getting chest pain sometimes but I wanted to make sure that it is nothing to do with heart so i went through cardiac evaluation. ECG, TMT and echo came normal but only thing in echo i got mild tricuspid regurgitation, so can someone please let me know if it's normal? Thanks

I was diagnosed with Ectopic Atrial tachycardia 5 years ago with holter test showing ( Avg h.r.112, Min h.r. 63 & Max h.r.167) . And doctor suggested me to take METOCARD XL 25. But I was confused whether to start the medicine or not. I asked several general physicians. They suggested not to start these medicines because once i start it, I have to take it life long. Moreover my Echocardiogram report was normal. Showing grade 1 MVP . I also have anxiety problems and IBS. I am very much confused whether to start the medicine or not.?😢 I have symptoms like: 1. Fast heartbeat most of the time around 110 bpm 2. Urge of taking deep breaths 3. During normal walking and exercise it goes upto 140 150 bpm
