Heart Problems & Remedies

I am experiencing slight sharp pain in heart when lying down. I am facing it from 2 days.. Took Rantac gastric tablet but not useful.. pls help me with this problem

I have high blood pressure and it was 140/100 and doctor suggested me to do physical exercises as it was single reading(one doctor suggested to start medicine) and monitor blood pressure, when I check in home it's fluctuating between128/88 to 137/94 it was never 140/100. I am doing jogging everyday and stopped oily and more salt foods. Delaying medicine will affect my kidneys or heart??

Hello i want to know that overthinking non stop and taking stress can increase the heart rate??? As i am always tensed worried that my heart rate is high and i have some heart problem,though ecg and echo was done 3 months  and it was normal...Thyroid is also 5.95 not very high...But when i eat outside food then j feel heart is beating fast why???

I have had CT Angiography, TMT, ECHO(2 Times) and all blood work tests in Feb 2016 year. Since I am having chest discomfort and pain and breathing problems sometimes Jaw and arm aches too. I have visited many doctors and they all said your heart is normal. Attached reports.
