After food immediately feels bloating most of the times. Frequently feels shortness of breath in nights and evening times

Last month I had an ecg n chest X-ray because of shortness of breath, both d reports were normal , is ecg report accurate can I relay on tat or should I take any other test to confirm if I have any heart related problem plz reply

I had pin like chest pain today evening for a few seconds and a few hours later left arm pain so did an ecg which shows non specific t wave abnormality. Plz check attached report and advice. Does it look and serious what does the report indicate

Hello doctor m having shortness of breath from past 2-3 years, I usually feel heaviness in chest after having meal , I feel difficulty in breathing while  climbing stairs, After meal, While walking n sometimes after physical activity , my heart beats  becomes fast during climbing n walking last month doctor suggested for ecg n chest X-ray , both d reports were normal , I heard tat ecg reports are not always accurate it does not show exact prblm , so should I do some other test to confirm , do I really have heart problem??? My mother is 55 yes suffering from Hypothyroidism and recently her phosphorus and calcium levels have also gone  up with TSH 25. And 230 Anti Thyroglobulin Antibodies. While we are consulting a Endocrinologist and Nephrologist, we did her ECG and found it was abnormal with Cholesterol 202 and Possible Left artial Enlargement and Lateral Ischemia. Enclosed are the reports. Is this serious condition and require surgery or can be treated through medication as she is already suffering from hyperthyroidism and kidney issues due to high Cal n phosphorus. Plz help ...urgent
