Heart Problems & Remedies

My mother was hospitalized for 15 days in a local hosp for fever. Till discharge main reason for fever was not found. But she is feeling breathlessness n swelling is also there on feet. Now fever has been stopped but food intake is negligible. She doesn't feel lije eating food. While xray water was identified in chest n dr is saying this is TB infection. But i m not able to understand its a kidney problem ,heart problem, or TB infection? Pls guide.

Hello doctor. I'm 18 y.o. I'm treating with anxiety and ocd, taking medication for two years (asentra, derin) and I'm still so tired and sleepy. I'm never feeling rested. There is a week I have to wake up early and I'm so tired then there is a weekend and I wanna sleep longer but even I try wake up early or late I'm tired. I wokr up and to 2 hours I feel really sleepy. I sleep good. Doctor did blood test. All good. My thyroid is okay it is as doc say on the boarder. Weight: 79kg, height: 166. I'm too tired to sport but I have this year PE in school and by day I walk a lotvto school in school.. Also my doc found a heart's rustle and I have weird feeling about my heart last days. When I'm resting, sometimes happends that my heart like stop and beat me hard like a kick and then it is normal - I dont know how to describe it. Sometime I have low pressure and weakness in legs or when I stand long time. I'm sweaty a lot and also when I drink coffee sometimes My arms shakes. What do you think?
