Sir my name is uday. I am from rehmatic heasrt disease. And moderate severely mitral valve regritation and grade 2-3 and lv is 58%.whether i go to surgery or it can cure with help of medicines

I am using MI band to monitor my heart rate during exercise and workouts. Recently I have been noticing sudden and steep drop in my heart rate as recorded by my fitness tracker. A recent heart rate record as measured during my workout period is attached for reference. I wish to know: 1. Is it alarming issue? 2. What could be probable cause and other symptoms Thanks

I have chest pain and stomach pain, sharp sudden pain in chest, mostly happens on posture change and back pain at night and i feel little difficult to breathe only during night like 9 PM onwards until i sleep. I dont feel breathlessness during day time. I had my TMT, echo and ecg test, results are normal. I consulted reputed cardio and as per him I have acidic problem in my stomach. Which i feel too. But night time breathing problems i am facing from only past 2 days and was not able to tell the doc. Is it even related to heart? is it common in gastric? do i need to visit doctor again?

I am diabetic-2 from 3 yes, BP from 15yrs, I am taking 50 mg losium 50 mg & istamate 50/500 mg, daily , but I developed dry caugh and getting gas,when I met doctor@ Baptist hospital they made me to admit @ CCU did ECG & Blood test result negative, they did TMT & eco but in TMT after 2nd  stage the speed was bit high they asked me whether ur tired I said yes so they confirmed that I have heart problem they wanted to do angio I said No I got dischaed plz advice

Are there different types of Angiogram's? Have breathing issues after completing the bath or walking some distance and pain in the calf muscles during walking.. this is due to stopping smoking after 40 yrs.. just 6 months ago stopped smoking.. Serum Creatinine levels are high 1.8. One cardiologist suggested to take medicines unless angiogram is compulsory, it should not be done. Another cardiologist advised to do angiogram with only 10-15ml liquid. Can someone please help me understand if there are different varieties of angiograms... if yes, doing it with less amount of liquid ensures no side effect ( affect to the kidneys etc) as the serum creatinine levels are currently high.. Currently taking medication as blood thinner etc.. Please advise..
