Can ECG detect Heart problems Even if though it is in initial stage?? Can v rely on ecg report?? Can it detect minor to major problems????

I am feeling an odd feeling in my heart that is quite bothersome. It feels like a slight burning sensation with uneasiness. It seems to feel more apparent when I am lying down but it does not hurt terribly. I do not have any heart problems but I do have a recent history of anxiety problems that have caused me heart pain before. This heart pain now feels different and it is making me feel anxious. What kind of heart pain is this? What should I do?

So Im attaching a picture. can u tell me the prob. should I continue tablets still? and any diet to be followed? any excercise?
