Dear doctor, my father is suffering from high BP from 10 years he has been taking medicine also 3days back he was so tense and not able to speak properly till today voice is not clear and BP was detected 180/90 is there any serious issue what to do please suggest and my mother said the same issue was happend 3 times it is now fourth time .

My father is having diabetes and high BP and serum creatinine is ranging from 1.7 to 2.25 when i it is better to do angiogram and how to decrease creatinine level .plz suggest

I've been having palpitations and dizzy spells. The palpitations are happening at least once an hour, and at times they do make me short of breath and make me very dizzy. 3 years ago I had a stress test, ecg and an echo. The echo was normal. The ecg showed a t abnormality (anterior leads) They did an ecg a few days ago(results below) My blood pressure is normally 120-130/80 but the last two weeks it was 165/108, 154/98 and 150/90(laying down). My dr is waiting 6 weeks and we will recheck blood pressure and she may put me on meds if still high. My general practitioner says I dont need to see a cardiologist because my echo was clear 2 years ago so it’s unlikely something is wrong with my heart so soon after. Is that accurate? Should I be concerned or am I making too much of this. Hello i am a civil services aspirant and i have been feeling very dizzy, confused and jiint pain since 2 months so i had got my blood test done in which my vitamin d level was 10.5, b12 was 320 and cholestrol 224, HDL 33, LDL 159,Triglycerides 160, vldl 32 also high ast (sgot) 48, alt (sgpt) 114. Is there any relationship between vitamin d and cholesterol? What should i do to make everything normal again? What kind of food to have and avoid and exercises which could help. Kindly help me because i am just 26 and i am bit worried about my health.

Hi, I have severe pain in left side of chest from jan.i Was diagnosied with straightening of c spine, my pain is radiating between shoulders, upper thoracic part,lefr arms and shoulders.
