Triple vessel block
Hi doctors, I am kumar, my father age is 67,suffering from triple vessel cad. Got anterior wall myocardial infarction.doctors have done angiography. Doctors have given two options for us 1.angioplasty and 2.cabg. Angio report details: , LAD: type 3 vessel 95% long segment lesion . LCX: 80% lesion. Mid segment shows luminal irregularities. Om branches shows thin vessel mild disease. RCA: non dominant and thin vessel. Diffusely diseased. He s diabetic patient also. Please suggest best and suitable treatment for him. 🙏🙏

There is long segment stenosis. If PTCA to LAD will be possible , then it will be good . Otherwise CABG will be advisable
