Heart Problems & Remedies

Hello Doctors, I'm 28 years old and overweight. From past couple of days I have been having chest pain right in middle of the chest. I also feel the pressure in the upper back and shoulders as well. I DO NOT have any breathing difficulties but sometimes I feel tired. Is it because of the posture or anything that I need to worry about?

Chest n arm pain. Heart palpitations. Feeling the heart pounding even during rest. Not very much physically active. BMI 27.5.HDL only 34. Bp normal.  Ecg test done. Heart rate 109bpm. Sinus tachycardia. No ST T changes.  PR interval 197ms(high??) QR 86 and QT/QTc 298/402. Further tests needed? Pls review.

Since morning feeling regular pain on my right side of the chest. Gone for medical checkup earlier as this is not happening first time. All medical checkup were done in past. Every year I go for it as a routine checkup. Such as all the necessary blood test. TMT etc. Every time reports comes normal. What to do right now for it. Any suggestions from ur end.

Can i taka all the 3medicine in night. Although rosuvastation 10mg recommend In day time. But it cause dizziness dousiness After taking in afternoon. Pls suggest

My heart beat become very fast in some simple problem situation or fear type this causes me to pain in heart sometimes
