My heart is so fast.. suddenly heart beat is high .and maximum night time heart beat is so heart ..whts reason pls tel ....

I'm experiencing left elbow and lower arm pain. I got my ecg done which was normal. I take stress a lot when it comes to health issues. My b12 level is 182. Vitamin d3 is 14.6. Liver and kidney function tests are normal. Uric acid is 7.30. My sugar level is 89. Bp is 120/78. Pulse rate is 90.

Since last 1 month I started telma 40 . I also occassionally feel palpitations and tachycardia . Since a month back I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism as well and on eltroxin 25 mcg I wanted to ask if beta blocker and calcium channel blockers are better options in this case ? The drug should not  cause insomnia and should not be diuretic.

Sir, my BP readings are at 150/90.. Using TELMA 40 since a week and my Triglycerides level are 179...I am enclosing my medical reports. Pls advise Regards, Sairamesh

Hi, I am 34 uear active male, social drinker. my LDL is 70, HDL is 31, and triglycerides is 250.Also VLDL is 48. I am 170cm and weight 77kg. I exercise regularly and am reducing weight.

Can i take my bp reading in laying down position? if any difference between sitting vs laying down position?

At about 11:30 PM on 24-09-2018 I suddenly felt like something is going down rapidly from my chest. I felt it for about 10 seconds and then felt a bit better but not fully normal. I feared by thinking that it was a heart attack but after about 1-2 hour I tried to sleep. on the very next morning I consulted a doctor and he advised me to get ECG & Lipid profile test and said that ECG is normal and there is a bit hike in cholesterol.  Sir Can ECG be normal after 12 hours of heart attack ????
