My heart is beating fast...Is there any problem in my heart doctor?...I m scared...please tell me solutions doctor...

Greetings to you doctor. my mother is having some ill health.and so as a normal checkup.we went to hospital and got few tests done...ECG is fine...2D echo has some comments like hyperdynamic circulatory state. and Mild PAH with TR. she is using femipristal tablets from 30 days..as she has some periods problem. What does this mean doctor "Hyperdynamic circulatory state" and also Mild PAH with TR..is that anything serious...we got the test results just before 30 mins. i am also attaching the 2D echo report.please do check and respond doctor.

Feeling dizziness 1or 2 times a day blurred vision .Relieved after 5 -10 min ---from 1 week Cold sweating from 3 days Vitals Pulse rate -74 bpm BP- 140/100 Random blood sugarlevels -225mg/dl ECG - Normal Chronic alcoholic Varicose veins present

Hi Sir, My mother has been diagnosed with cheast pain on 7th December, 2018 and admitted to hospital doctor has performed Angiography and suggested bypass. Can u please able to suggest bypass is required or not and how much we can postponed bypass. She has blood pressure since last 10 years and diabetics since last 4 year. Please suggest. Thanks, Nirav

Dear sir Pls find the my report of 2D Echo and TMT local Cardiologist says it's normal not to worry

Suffering from left side chest pain for last 15 days This is my ECG report..please suggest me if anything serious. QRS - 92ms QT/QTcB - 348/389 ms PR - 150ms P- 110ms RR/PP - 800/800 ms P/QRS/T - 60/70/55 degrees QTD/ QTcBD - 46/51ms Sokolow - 2.8mV NK-9 ST - Segment elevation (anterior) HR- 74bpm Continuous pain and same level of pain.no other symptoms found.

Recently I went for a 2d echocardiogram. report says Tr trivial and pasp 32 mm hg. Is this normal or do I have any complications

What is IVS (ed) and IVS (es)? in my echo report IVS (ed) is 10 mm & IVS (es) is 13 mm. but when i search i got width of IVS should be less than 12 mm.. but which IVS it should be? ed or es?
