I have total cholesterol 175.2 ,tg is 188.5,,lel is 96.2 ,hdl is 41.3 ,,vldl is 37.7 is that or ok , I need to know that why tg keep higher always in my lipid profile

Iam using bp tablet olmesertain h 20 since 18 months. Iam taking bp readings by automated Bp monitor. During my first reading i feel nervous and anxious it shows 140/80, after 2 minutes iam very free it shows 117/74 , third reading fourth and remaining readings are shows very normal and same . Which reding should be considered first or second and afterwards readings? Pls suggest. Regards.
