I used to sleep late for years and during my competitive exams I used to sleep at 4:45 am for almost 2 months.as soon as exams were over,I had heartburn, indigestion,cold,sore throat,left arm pain without any reason.now all that problems have stopped to much extent,I still have left arm pain and sometimes right arm pain too.can the late night sleep affect heart?...what can be the reason behind left arm pain?

I got my ecg done twice it was normal...I got my echo done it was normal...i am 22 years old...So when next should i get my tests done again??? Or i should not??
