Beta blockers stopping?
Hello I am 24 years old I have sinus tachycardia Grade 1 MVP Holter - Few ectopics Whenever i go out somewhere i have anxiety and my heart rate stays around 130 bpm I have been suggested to take INDERAL 10 twice a day. Should i take it? Can it be stopped?? As i heard that once i start taking beta blockers it cannot be stopped.

Yes it can be gradually stopped provided you are asymptomatic.Dont try to stop on your own as there are some other aspects of your disease. You can consult me on chat for further details.
