Sinus tachycardia and nonspecific t wave
I am having chest pain for some weeks. Sometimes I can also feel pain in my left arm and in my upper back. I had rapid increase in my heartbeat 2 times in a months, I was sweating and my body was getting warm. It felt like I was having a heart attack. I was scared. So I had my ECG done today. It shows sinus tachycardia and nonspecific t abnormalities, inferior leads. Is there anything serious to worry about. I'm also attaching my ECG report. I had previous history of medication for depression. Is it related to this.

ECG is sinus tachycardia. Need to know more details of your symptoms as it could be arrhythmia. Anxiety also can cause tachycardia.
