Tiredness after workout
I feel very tired after my gym sessions..i just started gym 2 day before...now i am doing normal excercises...like pushups sit ups etc..after 20 mnts or smtng i feeel very breathlesss and feeel like a fainting and too much sweating..is that a normal for beginners or some other problems?need to consult a doctor or someting?
