Hi Doctor,
I am thinking of going to Gym to increase my muscle mass since i am very slim. But i don't know whether my heart is in good condition to support 1.5 hours of weight training each day at Gym. So I wanted to know what are the tests to be done to ensure that my heart supports such kind of activities.
