My mom 59 is having high blood pressure since the time we randomly checked 3 days back. She complains of dizziness every evening for the last 2 months approx so checked her bp 3 days back and it was 180/75. She is on telsite 40 mg tablet , consulted a doctor online who asked to administer the same telsite 40 mg twice daily. Today her blood pressure before taking the evening dose was 138/76. We are not sure of the correct dosing . Can telsite cause the blood pressure to drop too low.?? Should she take 40 mg twice or only once. She has high creatinine, high cholesterol, thyroid issues and diabetes too. The doctor I consulted online prescribed cinod 10 mg along with 40mg telmisartan twice daily. What should she take and what dosing. Please help

I have been on antidepressants (Prestiq 100 daily and Zolfresh 2.5-5mg) for quite sometime now. Dosage has reduced now as compared to before. However I haven't been able to reduce betacap intake and that has increased from 40 earlier to ciplar 80 LA now. I tried hard to reduce this with the help of psychiatrist but every time I do this, palpitations would go up and adds to a great discomfort. Feels like crushing pain around heart at times. The pain occurs at one place only and continues for long- hours, days and months. Never really stops. I have had ECGs, TMTs etc done at regular intervals but reports are always ok. I just hope that with this Ciplar going up to 100 LA at times now ,it doesn't accompany any severe side effects.

My bp remains 130/90 after medication ... I m obessed ... From few days ,left corner side of the chest is paining along with trouble in breathing and mild dizziness ... But I don't have any issue in doing excercise like walking

My blood pressure is 98/64 Which is pretty much low. I don't feel dizzy neither I have any underlying disease Still why my bp is on lower side? How can I improve it?

Hi Dr, Heart rate continue between 80 to 92 heart rate. I just wanted to know is  there any serious with heart.

Pulse rate 110 per min , chest middle pain , take medichine for gas reflux. Some time throat jam during sleeping.
