Sir m little bit worry regarding heart diseases so just want to know d causes of heart attack in early age...can it occur in my age..

Sir, For last one week I am feeling some uncomfortable pain in chest and some times burning , Its like a pinching and mild. I had visited a Cardiologist , He was diagnosed through Some tests and said everything Ok from heart side . Test was done 4 days back , but still I feel pain in chest , Already using Gastric tablets. Since afternoon my father having loose motion and used washroom 3 times and now in evening his body is little bit warm.
