Heart Problems & Remedies

My mom is a diabetic patient. From some days she was having health issues family dr has suggested for test, I have taken all of them including chest xray, but either Dr not sure what is the problem she has. He has suggested to Consul with chest specialist, but due to corona situation I am little bit tensed for her as she is a diabetic patient. Right now she doesn't feel to eat and feel vomiting while eating. I have attached all reports, request you to take a look and Consul what problem she has.

Last 2 to 3 days i am feeling some stiffness in left chest after somtimes it removed but today stiffness not in chest, today it consist on my left hand after somtimes removed so i want to khow that it is gastic problems or other plz consult

I suddenly feel chest pain in centre for 2 to 3 min and goes to right side but after passing gas it's normal. I m taking dizine syrup. And some medicine for high b. P and sugar. Also. B. P avg 75/150 Pulse rate avg 52/min. Sugar avg 7.9 My lipid profile test is high Due to this lock down I m not able to go to hospital.. Plz consult

Due to acute chest pain, I have been asked to get a blood test - Troponin I today. Is it okay to give my blood sample for test when I haven't slept since last 24 hours?

Ecg- non specfic t inversion in lead 3. Possible normal ecg. Echo- normal. 24 hrs abpm :controlled. Normal. Tsh: 6.02 ft4 1.21 24 hrs urine vma normal. After that doctor did not gave me medicine for tg. What i can do? About tg? Symptoms no

I am feeling heaviness and mild pain in upper chest both sides under the neck and sometime heaviness and pain travels in both shoulders and sometimes feel pain in legs . My ECG and lipid profile reports are normal
