Since last three months my BP  90 -100/60-70. I have no other any problem. I am taking my medicine correctly. I walk daily 40 minutes and some free hand exercise. I take low salt. I am feeling fine. My consern is I have one oxyemeter at my home for cheaking the oxyzen saturation . It also shows pulse rate. From last few days I am noticing that at night time my father pulse rate is more than 100. Can anyone please guide me why this things happening... I am confused.

Hello dr, my dad( non smoker , non alcohol and exercises 1 hr in the morning ) aged 52 is cardiac pt( post ptca ) , using tab ecospirin Telma 40, met xl , rosuvastatin Recently diagnosed with sub clinical hypothyroidism and was using thyronorm 25 mcg and stopped for 3 months as tsh levels became normal Yesterday again we checked tft ..the tsh levels raised so should he start using the tab again??? From 2 days he's taking long breaths fr a sec and becoming normal what could be the cause ?? There is minor wheezing in left sided chest region ??? No cough , no temperature and no sob His eosinophil count is 6 and esr is 20 At the back (small)region he has small rounded non itchy papules(very tiny bumps) are found since 10 days ??? Looking for a solution Any precaution or any antibiotics to be used ??? Thanks in advance

My father was having shortness of breath and tiredness problem from a month Got his x ray done where his heart size was increased report attached Also we have done the ecg report attached It it symptoms of congestive heart failure In my city no one is doing 2d echo I asked everyone on their counters But no one doing 2d echo Also in ultrasound his liver is mildly enlarged 16.25 cm Kindly guide me Is ecg has some problem

Last night at around 2:30 am I had a severe pain attack on the left side of my chest, it was in frequency of high to low and then to high, it was stabbing like pain and discomfort. I had pantop D then too there was no relief. I slept around 4 but when I woke up at the morning this left side is heavy and pain strikes at time gaps. What should I do?
