Can I marry a girl with this condition? I experience symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath and lightheadedness  everyday

Breathing good. No throat pain. but some chest pain happen. Some time leg pain happen. Some time mucus came. Last one month no exercise. Staying at home.

Got sick a month ago then recovered Now again feeling fast heartbeat Can't sleep straight Sometimes pain in left shoulder Also have cough Body shaking from inside Feeling fatigue When Breathing very deep early morning feel like cough on chest

I am 60yrs old, i have history of high bp plus diabetes. I felt chest pain for 2 days and now i feel fine, Is it a cause of concern? Is it urgent to see cardiologist or get ecg done?amidst corona crisis

‌In November last year I got some gabrahat like feeling and dull chest pain. Then I consulted the doctor who checked my bp which was 150/90. So he suggested me various tests. Ecg, echo (trace MR and TR found ) and tmt(negative) , x ray, thyroid etc all came normal. In blood tests lipid profile ldl was raised 179. Doctor prescribed embeta xr 25 and tonact 10. I got absolutely fine upon in near about a week. Now about two weeks ago my medicines got finished due to lockdown and I was not able to take them for about a week. As I feel fast heartbeat about 95 and chest pain I started taking the medicines again as scheduled at night. Now from last week I feel left side chest pain whole day of changing nature (intensity sometime dull and sometime stabbing) specially when lying down and turning specially during early morning and also when get up from sleep. Feel some relax after getting fresh. Bp is around 120/80 and pulse around 80. Today Lipid test report TC 142 LDL 78 HDL 40 VLDL 24 TG 120.

I experienced mild shortness of breath in January. When tested my cholesterol was high, and after echo test doctor told had LVH due to high BP. I was hospitalized and administered NTG. Thereafter, I was prescribe telma CT 40/12.5 and provanol forte 0.25. After a month or so , my symptoms didn't go away. Then, I came to Kolkata for treatment at BM BIRLA HEART INSTITUTE, where, I was recommended for echo, ecg, stress test, KUB, Renal doppler. But the doctor there said all my report is ok and told me that I forget having suffered LVH. So, he asked me to keep BP control and continue telma CT only and not to take provanol forte anyore. But shortness of breath was not going away. But when I take provanol forte it seems like it ease away. But I stop taking. Now, my BP is getting low 110/65. So, I stop taking telma CT. My problem is that now I started having chest congestion and pain in the middle while exerting pressure and shortness of breath which used to b easing if taken clonazapam .50.

I have chest pain and tightness since two months.I have ɗone ecg twice TMT ans 2decho n chest xray all reports normal.Do i need more test to ruled out heart problem.tmt anɗ 2 decho report attached.

I had acid reflux problem some days back along with heart Palpitations. I was taking medicines for heart Palpitations and anxiety ( suggested by my doctor). My chest x ray was normal, ecg was normal, spo2 test was normal. What could be the other cause ??? Due to lockdown doctors are not available. Should I ask my doctor for holter monitor or endoscopy ...Due to heart Palpitations I am not able to sleep property.  Thanks in advance. Kindly help me out.
