Sometimes I feel like my heart stopped and then starts again done echo and ecg attaching the same is this something serious this mostly happens when I feel gas in stomach.it feels very fearful

I am taking clopidogrel 75mg tab after breakfast daily past few days I am getting dizziness pl advice whether to take this medicine or alternative medicine can be suggested. Four months back I was taking clopitab 75 mg.
