I have blood pressure past few months and I'm not taking any medicine . Now days my Bp is 160/85 , 155/90 and so on . How to control it .

Hello Doctor, need your guidance. I have been feeling minor chest discomfort on left chest since 3-4 days. No pain. Feel it mostly while resting or sleeping. Looking at the discomfort, I feel it could be due to working from home on laptop in Slouching position due to no proper infrastructure at home (working for 8-9 hours continuously, sitting on my bed) OR sleeping in wrong posture (I use 2 pillows, mostly sleep on stomach) but not sure. 1. I have been regularly exercising (except 2 months gap due to lock down), started jogging since 3 weeks - jogging 4 km per day 2. I'm 33 years old, No health issues, but have over weight 3. I used to feel like this earlier (sometimes) after doing chest exercise (weight lifting) but used to get recovered within 2 days. 4. No gastric problem, but sometimes I over eat and eat spicy food most of the times.

My grandfather is in icu in critical condition and in this display it is showing low oxygen supply can any doctor please explain

Dear sir, I have constant chest pain from lower side of throught to upper side chest pain. The said chest pain is feel like pin point chest pain. I have high bp issue and my body is obese also. I consulted to my physican and he do ECG but same is found normal. Currently I taken proponolal tab per day 1 and rosuvastatin tab per day 1. Please suggest is it any cardiac problem or it is musuclar problem it self.

Past four months at home two months before exercises done before never never drink smoke got cest xray ok and blood report ok ECG ok oxegen level 94 tingling sensation in my body

I am feeling like pain and heaviness in chest. What can I do for resolve this problem. The chest pain is increasing and it's on right side of the chest.

Hello,I have a little pain in the lower chest on the left side had consulted a doctor he did both ecg and echo and the reports are normal too he said it is due to the muscle pain and prescribed me hifenac and antacid but I still feel the pain without any movement when I'm sitting but there is no pain when I'm walking I even did skipping for 10 mins to see if there is any shortness of breath but didn't feel anything what do I do !!!but the pain still persists when I sit on the chair or while resting

Hi, My Uncle is ill for last 5 days, he is feeling back pain and  severe joint pain. Initially, when monitored, blood pressure was low. So we stopped the allopathic medication cuz he was not taking any food but all the regular medicines which led to weakness and fatigue. The symptoms that we are observing include vomiting predominantly cough, mild fever. There are body acne on certain areas. Some tests were suggested so we did get them conducted and there is elevated CRP and ESR , CBC is also done, in which some value are elevated. We are also taking homeopathic treatment. Some relief is observed but it is not permanent and no relief in joint pain whatsoever. He say he can not take solid food so we giving fluids such as milk and a supplement. Sometimes guord juice. Not able to walk, not even few steps on his own due to joint pain. Now the blood pressure is normal. So please suggest us with a proper treatment , medicine as he is heart patients and what should we do.

Sir m little bit worry regarding heart diseases so just want to know d causes of heart attack in early age...can it occur in my age..
