I have done TMT test and it's normal but still my chest pain is there so could you please suggest me any thing Is wrong with my body or heart

There is always pain in my left chest side wise which starts from my back to the breast It  always pain while breathing n coughing also please help

Hi, I have this chest pain and tightness since 20 days. Whenever i wake up in the morning the chest and shoulder area is sore and painful. Whenever i bend, move, twist, turn, cough and stretch, it pains more. I also have left arm and shoulder pain since 2 days. Due to no OPD because of lockdown can't even get ECG and Echo test done. It's very unsettling. Can you help me? I am afraid what if it's heart related.
