Heart Problems & Remedies

High BP for past 2 yr pulse rate raised to 130 on 25 Mar 20. EKG shown extreme tachycardia, Incomplete right bundle branch block(I,V1,V6), Slight ST.T. abnormality(V6). Echocardiogram showed good LV diastolic function. Suggested by doctor for TMT. Losartan H (50) is continue for 2 years. In the morning hours I feel weakness, uneasiness, giddiness and stomach fullness. On pressing joint of chest and stomach, some gas releases and then I feel some better. But it continues on daily basis. Ayurvedic Giloy juice I take and it gives immediate relief. Am I suffering from gas related problem also. I am 52 years old female. Does not have any responsibility. I feel tired and restless even climbing few steps of staircase. Don't know what to do in this lockdown.

I have short pr range of 109 in my ecg...it can cause any future problem...? i have no symptoms......
