I have done a ecg. I have episodic htn and hypertriglicerdimia. I have done a ecg. Is the ecg normal?

I am taking above medicine, still I am not comfortable, ecg normal, cbc and lipid profile ok, eco also show normal but tmt say little changes, pls suggest.

I had mild chest pain with exptreme nervousness yesterday Very first i feel heavy in my chest (centre) Since last two day but yesterday night i have pain in my left chest and extreme nervousness then i talked to my friends and i feel some relax still nervousness and weakness is present.i checked my bp it was 134 88 in the morning 10 am what shoudl i do is it amxiety attack because mostly i stay in my home and think alot

This is ultrasound report of my swollen lymph nodes in upper posterior triangle of neck. Fnac says reactive lymphadenitis. Just by looking at report, can u tell whether it is malignant or reactive.
