MY recent CT scan chest is showing Pulmonary artery Hypertension with 30 MM, they suggested to go for 2d Echo which came normal but I have symptoms like shortness of breath sometimes mainly while eating I feel little uneasy I am sleeping well without any breathe support, major concern is I am having syncope unsteadiness suddenly while I stand and while walking, very much fatigue though eating well and staying at home, my blood reports shows esinophilia with 12.9 and 9.2 ..., CRP 5.5, ESR 28, Fatty Liver. I am trying to do workouts but I am feeling low and worried that something different is happening with me that I haven't experienced before...I don't have any cough or running nose I just get mucus from my throat since 8 years, for sinus I took natural remedies never used any medicine. I am taking birth control pills for PCOS profile, is this making me all this or I need to go to any other tests or can I take natural remedies for now. Please suggest I have taken 4 consultations online

I feel pain in my right side of chest during one month. I can't breath properly. Sometimes I suffering from fever and always I have pain in headache.

Sir, I was checked my blood pressure twice a day and noticed that some times my bp is showing 130/100 & 131/88  & 130/85 and some times it is in normal range 122/84 , 123/82 ,117/75 .pls suggest me can I take any medication.

Hello Doctor, My husband's triglyceride count is quite high from last 4 years ranging 400 to 600. we have Incorporated diet changes in last 6 months like adding fish and reducing any other type of meat. Also he is consuming very less oil and sugar but no affect in triglyceride count. He is not taking any medicines as of now. Pls suggest how to lower the triglyceride count and does it create heart risk.

Hello sir ga. My uncle is having breathless since 1 n 1/2 month. Done CBC sugar. ECG TMT Echo. All reports normal n now cholesterol levels is normal. In CBC HB is 8. Dr told all reports are normal but still my uncle is having breathless. Plz suggest me what to do.sir.

After consulting with cardiologist ECG ,2D echo was normal TMT showed 90% efficiency but in third round he got pain in TMT .He asked to go for CT coronary angiogram because of covid 19 risk to patient.CT coronary angiogram showed calcium score 322.5,LAD 50%luminol stenosis,D1 moderate 60-70%,D2-70%luminol stenosis,LCX-50%moderate andmild 30% luminol stenosis,OM1normal,RCA SEVERE70%luminol stenosis ,PDA Mild ostil stenosis and PLV IS unremarkable and circulation in right dominant.IMPRESSION-calicum score 322.5,right dominant circulation,severe disease in distal RCA and D2.Moderate disease in LAD,D1and LCX.Mild disease in PDA. Small patent foramen ovale. Patient has to undergo angiogram suggested  by Dr. My query is angiogram is necessary? 2.if we angiogram is there possibilities of keeping stent and how many or not required . 3.if stent not required by medicine it can be solved his blockage. 4.in Hyderabad which Dr is best to handle these type of cases high success rate.please suggest.

Is there any good ECG device for home use .if yes please tell because my father has diabetes mellitus with diabetes nephropathy...also having dyslipidemia and hypertension and hypothyroidism ..he is 63 ...any tips to prevent cardiovascular diseases
