When I am taking rest my pulse is 100 ...when I walk my heart rate is ... 130... If I take tention 150 pulse rate my 2d echo is LVOT 32 gradient always I feeling tired and headwrap may I know y of this

My father was operated CABG last year AND it was reported that he had low LVEF even after grafting. What should be included in his diet, exercise or medication for improvement in LVEF? he is currently taking CARDIVAS 6.25, ISOLAZINE AND ECOSPRIN GOLD 20 for heart. My uncle is suffering from neck ,jaw ,chest ,left hand pain while exertion and while resting also TMT can detect unstable angina.
