My 2d echo, tmt and chest x-ray are normal but still have left hand pain and left chest pains..i have gaustic issues since 2 months.. currently taking razo-l.. please advise any further diagnostic tests are required

I have anxiety from a month. In echo test My cardiologist says pelpitation and skipped beat during echo . Are these serious. He gave me sleeping pills with with anxiety medicine All parameters normal Lvef -60

My mother 78 years is a patient of rheumatoid arthritus, osteo arthritus, Dyspepsia, Asthma for long. She has been on homeopathy with good results. Last sunday she complained of chest pain. The pain was there for few days. We consulted GP on sunday and she was prescribed hyper a idity medicine as doctor suspected it. The same day she fainted while taken to bathroom on wheel chair. Her knee had osteo arthritis. She took few minutes to get to senses. Next day few blood tests snd ECG were conducted. The ECG report enclosed. Blood test: cholesterol 215 mg/dl, HDL: 43.50, LDL 149 mg/dl, VLDL 22.30, Trigylcerides 111.50, Haemoglobin 9.50, TLC 11400, Polymorphs 78, Lymphocites 18, Monocytes 2.0, MCH 26.70 PG, RBC 3.54., Glucose Fasting 123. Cardiologist put her on medication. Prescription enclosed. We have also put her on home remedy. Angioplasty was an option given to us. Does ECG suggests heart attack? how serious is it? on medication she complain of nausea dizziness left arm pain few time
