Hi dr I m 29 years old I never dignosed about cervical pain. I mostly suffer with neck and arm nd hand pain but yesterday there is pain in my neck arm and upper chest( close to armpit area) and there is Lil numbness in my hand too what should I do.

My father's Cardiothoracic ratio is slightly increased as shown by x ray He feels shortness of breath from 3 weeks Tiredness and some symptoms of heart failure From 2 days he was having gas problem 2 injections were given but he was not well We gave him Gourd(Lauki) Juice in morning and after 5 minutes he ate gas medicines Today we hv done the Ultra sound Report attached Liver is mildly enlarged 16.25 cm Hepatomegaly Pls sir help please Report is attached If he is in danger of Heart attack And what precaution we must take In case of heart attack

From last few days I am feeling discomfort in left side of chest ,i went to the doctor and told me get ecg done .Ecg was normal and he prescribed me provanol forte tablet. But i sometimes feel needle pricking sensation in my chest. Is it any chest infection or anxiety. I

In a day ( mistly evening)at anytime just getting a cramp pain in upper chest near to center or towards left not sure . It's last for not more then 1 sec. Already tested(ecg heartbsonography,trade meal test ) fir this few year back nothing reported . It's not there ☹️ for sometime but again started now. Can someone guide please

Hello, I've been experiencing mild and prolonged pain in the chest region ( somewhere near lower left side of the chest ) . I'm experiencing this from the last 2 days . There are 2 instances of sudden severe pain for about 5-6 seconds ( something like a shock ) . I experienced similar symptoms few months ago . I thought it is due to some muscle stressed during sleep. It is now repeated again . Kindly let me know the possible reasons for this so that I can proceed further. Your advice would be of great help to me . Thank you.

I experience sharp chest pain in the middle (little left) only when I move my shoulder forward . Also recently i am experiencing chest pain and uneasiness while lying down but I feel good after walking or standing . I am concerned if i have any heart aur lung issue.

Sir Last 15 days I suffered with gastric problem But I don't feel much gastric problem now From last 2 days I feel pain in my middle of the chest and some time left side chest. Pain lasts for 2-3 sec every time Iam not a obesity patient Last month I tested all tests. All my sugar, lipid profile, cholesterol , thyroid and urine tests are normal But " D " vitamin is only 8. Now I consulted a general physician He took ECG and he told nothing major During ECG check due to hair on my body one of clip is loosen, he told no problem. I still in confusion of Is it cardio prob or gastric prob ECG attached for review...

From last 4-5 days when I walk a little bit or climb stairs I feel tightness in my chest and I am no able to breathe properly. It takes 8-10 mins to be normal. When I wake up in the morning then also I feel extremely tired. I can't sleep properly at night also. Why is this happening. Do you think it's related to heart problems?

Hello, She was taking Carvedilol IP 6.25 for heart and BP. Stopped taking it for last 3 months but recently she developed breathing issue. Could you please suggest to resume the mentioned tablet? Due to covid, I am not able to reach the prescribed docter. Please help. Regards Pramoth
