Heart Problems & Remedies

I m currently on medication for high bp. I take seloken xl 50 . But I feel left shoulder pain on and off. It happens sometime after eating too. I did ecg test. It was normal. My bp reading at hospital were 160/110 before taking medicine and after medicine intake it's 148/97 . When I take reading at home it's below 130 /90 . I still feel shoulder neck pain on and off and I m checking bp reading they are under 130/90. 0ls advise

I am done lipid profile in 2 days back that comes total chol 137 and tgl 200 and after 2 days I am again giving test but this time I am taken egg omlate in day before and given day i am taken tea 2 times and up upma and lunch and this time readings are total chol 175 and tgl is 478 wt was it wt can I do

I was adviced to stop rosuvastatin usage for 2 months after my recent lipid profile was normal (on taking it every day for 2 months and alternate day for 2 months, then took lipid profile). Is it safe? Why is it adviced to stop? I have no history of cardiac events, but family history of high cholesterol. I weigh 70kgs and am 5'1" in height. Will stopping it not increase my risk for cardiac issues?

I have been taking Axcser 90 along with Asprin 75 for one year since September 2018-September 2019.Since Sep 3019 till May 20 i had taken Axcer 60 along with Asprin 75mg.I had stoped taking AxCER 60 since last 20 days.Is there any withdrawal symptoms of ACER as i feel uneasiness in chest sometimes in night.I had heart attack in Sept 18.I have undergone preventative stress echo twice in last 18 months and it is fine. Kindly advise if Axcer has some withdrawal effects

On 31may I was admitted in Baps hospital Surat for above It was up to 180 as per oxipuls metere Now I was discharged and arrived Bopal Ahmedabad I was prescribed Pradexa110 mg and advice to take 1-0-1 After meal after Discharged 15 days I have taken Now will you please advice me how much more time I have to take Nandkishor Mehta

If 2D echo, Echo, Tmt, Ecg, Chest X ray reports are normal, is there need to do angiography? My brother has chest discomfort and mild pain sometimes in left and sometimes in center when he gets pain he gets nervous and his heart rate increases to 90-98bpm but at other times when he is relaxed his resting heart rate will be under 68-72bpm. He regularly runs on treadmill for 20 -30mins for atleast 5 days a week no discomfort while running. He has acidity gerd problem from last 8 months completed the course and stopped the acidity tablets, no other health issues sugar & bp are also normal.. Got chest x ray also orthopaedic said no issues just gave vitamin tablets for 1 month and at some 3-4 points in chest when pressed he feels pain.. kindly reply confused the pain is due to heart, acidity, muscular or nerves problem..

Ecg and trop I rapid test kit is enough to detect heart injury if chest and left hand pain Thanks in advance

He completed bypass surgery in 2010.Now he was going for eyes Lens operation.We have a some queries regarding heart problem he was going surgery on monday any possible of risk for surgery he age was above 70+

By BP while sitting is 148/100 and while lying down is 135/90 .. I always found its above 140/95 + .. I ignore it earlier, I don't have issue , but I am concern about it might in future it would be cause of something... I am also a thyroid (thyronorm), fatty lever  patient and taking medicine for the same thyroid only .. (thyronorm 75 Mcg) My help me in this ..how can I control it permanently , Is it possible without medicine .. Pls advice .. If medicine is required what medicine should I take which have less side-effects ?? What would be cause of hypertension in my body , I am just 38 .. One more question, why BP is difference when We sit or lying down during monitoring.. I m not taking any medicine for BP. Few Month (6)back I felt some kind of pressure from my heart side but in ECG and other heart test nothing comes ..

Sir few days ago my wife had given the blood test and the results are follow below test name-total cholestrol , value-193mg/dl hdl cholestrol direct-45mg/dl ldl cholestrol direct-65 mg/dl triglycerides 679 mg/dl tc/hdl cholestril ratio -4.3 ldl/hdl ratio-1.4 vldl cholestrol-135.87 mg/dl non hdl cholestrol-148.2 mg/dl And she doenot have any kind of sugar and bp is also normal. now she is eating atorvastatin 10mg & fenofibrate 160 mg tablets i.p medicine name is tonact-tg. she is eating thyroxine tablets also for thyroid so i want to know that if there will be any problem by eating tonact tg what are its side effects  or it is safe to eat. and it will be helpfull to decreased my cholestrol level so can you tell my how can i decreased my cholestrol easily
