My father is 50 year old and he has a past history of heart attack and angiography is been done last year now he check his lipid profile now some of it's parameters are high so what he do suggest medication.. i am also attaching the medications

I am feeling like fatigued and after eating breakfast it is starting. I am having blurred vision and lack of concentration and irritation. Is this low BP or diabetes or any other thing. My father was operated CABG last year AND it was reported that he had low LVEF even after grafting. What should be included in his diet, exercise or medication for improvement in LVEF? he is currently taking CARDIVAS 6.25, ISOLAZINE AND ECOSPRIN GOLD 20 for heart. My mother has undergone CABG surgery in April 2020, in 2 months she recovered normally and was able to do small household works, suddenly from past 1 week she has become extremely weak and also facing insomnia. All her blood tests are normal. She is diabetic. Kindly advice.
