Heart Problems & Remedies

Since lockdown going through some emotions anxiety. These days having some acidity/gas related issues. Sometimes feeling heart pounding like 100 or less than 110 bpm. Only when checking or thinking about anything remaining time I'm normal. After heart pounding I feel chest pain that feels very warm or like burning. I don't have any heart related issues before and my oxygen level and bp levels are normal. Please advise any medicine to reduce and let me know if this is not serious.

I reported both high pulse and high BP one week back. Pulse is now normal in the range of 70-80, but bp is still in the range of 140-100. Will it take some more time to get normal?

Since lockdown day by day getting some anxiety and other panic feelings. I'm not having any BP or other health issues before that. I recently started with some gastric or acidity indigestion issue. Currently I'm having some sudden anxiousness and panic feeling with heart palpitations for no reason. Kindly help me to get out of this. Let me know if any medicines helps. Shall I take clonozepam which I rarely take it for sleeping.
