Heart Problems & Remedies

I smoke upto 10 cigarettes a day and drink once or twice in 2 month. I get nonspecific chest pain occassionally which frightens me a lot, ECG, 2D echo are always normal, but this pain is very scary. Right now I'm getting a pain like a needle prick every few minutes with lot of burps. Please suggest help on this. Is there an SOS medication that I can carry and take it in emergency time? Any suggestion will be greatly helpful.

Feeling pain in chest and back. Had done TMT, 2 months back and result was negative. The pain is pin pointing in back with feeling of heavyness in chest.

15 days before my father underwent angioplasty and got placed one stent in his artery. From last 7-8 days he has been very weak and lost his appetite. He also had fever at irregular interval ranging 100-101° F. We gave him paracetamol and azithral. Now from last 1.5 days he doesn't have fever but still have very weakness and his mouth become very dry with white coloured tongue,discomfort in swallowing, some obstruction in throat with little cough. Because of his weakness I couldn't take him to the cardiologist who had operated him. Is this common problems after angioplasty, is this matter of worry ? Please advise what should I do?

I have been experiencing chest discomfort for over 5 months. Pain is extremely dull and on both side of the chest, it feels like poking pain and lasts barely 5-10 seconds in one place. I have no problem in moving around and doing my every day activities however I have mild pain in my arms and neck since last 10 days now. My blood works, including lipid profile,B12,D3, chest X ray, ECG,echocardiography are all normal. ESR is 38 and haemoglobin is at 11. There is no pain in my chest since past 10 days but I am worried about the pain in my arm. What could it be? I've spoken to 7-8 doctors and all of them suspect musculoskeletal issues. Please look into the matter. Below I've attached my echo report.

My heartbeat has constantly been between 95-110 range. whenever I wake up in the morning or at times when I wake up to do something I feel dizzy I get tired easily. I stay confused most of the times and take time to focus. My blood pressure is 110/60 and my sugar levels 2 hours after eating is 90. Is this normal?

My father's heart beat pm is 55, he does not have a BP problem.. should we get him checked? He does feel tired all day. His temperature is 97.3°F

I had sudden pain in my left armpit and far left side of my chest (part near to the armpit) for about 5-8 min. It was bearable pain, not too sharp, but something I have never had. And it disappeared in sometime and now I feel just fine. Should I be worried?
