Fast heart rate
Resting heart rate sometimes showing more than 90..is it something to be checked with the doctor? These days because of the Covid thing feeling little stressed and tensed..please give some suggestions on the severity and any measures to decrease the heart rate

Resting heart rate at rest upto 100 is normal. Stress, anxiety can cause heart rate to increase from the normal limits. Suggested to do a ECG.

If your heart rate is below 100, its within normal limits. Exercise regularly for reducing it further
